Corporate Associate - International Law Firm

Taylor Root is delighted to be exclusively instructed on a new Corporate Associate opportunity with a leading international law firm. This is a rare chance to join a full-service London office that forms part of a well-established and growing global platform. The corporate team in London plays a central role in the firm’s strategic growth, working closely with colleagues across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the U.S. The team advises a broad client base—including corporates, private equity funds, family offices, financial institutions, and overseas investors—on a wide range of complex domestic and cross-border transactions. These include M&A (buy- and sell-side), private equity, joint ventures, public takeovers, restructurings, and corporate governance matters. The team is particularly active in mid- to upper-mid-market private equity transactions. Sector strengths include financial services, retail, and hospitality and leisure. The team are looking to speak with corporate associates with 2—4 years PQE, ideally gained at a reputable UK, City or US firm. Solid experience in M&A and a commercial mindset is key. Salary for the role is between £140,000 to £160,00 and target hours are 1500.
