Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive Location: Outer London – Hybrid Salary: £30,000–£35,000 uncapped commission Benefits: 25 days’ holiday (increasing with tenure), private medical cover (you and your family), Employee Ownership Trust, mileage & expenses, full training, international travel opportunities Right to Work: Must have the right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available) A global leader in aircraft charter, leasing, and consulting is seeking two Senior Business Development Executives to drive growth within its Charter team. No aviation experience needed, full training provided. What you’ll be doing: Win new business across the private and corporate charter market Prospect and convert: generate leads, own first contact through qualification, and pass qualified opportunities to Brokers to manage the full charter journey Be client-facing: spend approximately three days per week on the road meeting prospects and clients Build lasting relationships with decision makers, UHNWIs, corporates, and industry partners Represent the business at industry events and high-profile networking opportunities Collaborate with the Charter team (Director, Brokers, BD leadership) to keep pipelines healthy and exceed targets Own your numbers: operate with a tenacious, target-driven mindset; quarterly commission aligned to performance What we’re looking for: 2–3 years’ experience in sales or business development (B2B or B2C) Proven, consistent sales performance Tenacious, target-driven self-starter with strong commercial acumen Confident communicator with credibility engaging senior decision makers and global clients Field-ready operator who thrives in a hybrid model (Wednesday in-office, client meetings most other days) Professional, consultative style with the resilience to succeed in a competitive market Team fit: collaborative with Brokers and BD colleagues, comfortable handing off and tracking opportunities Step into the fast-paced world of luxury private aviation and help power growth for a global market leader.
