Senior Technical Designer – Commercial D&B – Revit £50,000 - £60,000 Package I Permanent I Revit Bigblue are working with one of London’s most forward-thinking design and build studios, to find a Technical Designer who can support the team from concept to construction. This is a chance to join a sociable, energetic pod known for delivering bold, design-led fit-out projects across the commercial sector. You’ll play a pivotal role in taking projects through RIBA Stages 3–5, translating creative ideas into technically sound, buildable packages. Expect pace, collaboration, and the opportunity to be part of one of London’s most talked-about studios. Responsibilities Lead and support on projects through RIBA Stages 3–5, ensuring design intent is executed with precision. Support interior designers with high-quality technical drawings and Revit documentation. Liaise with the site team to problem-solve, coordinate, and maintain quality on the ground. Act as the link between design and delivery, ensuring smooth communication across disciplines. Uphold and enhance the studios reputation for design-driven, build-ready solutions. Requirements Exceptional Revit capability - accuracy, speed, and confidence. Experience in a top AJ100 practice, commercial workplace consultancy or D&B studio. A genuine passion for fit-out and detail-driven design. Ability to work at pace across multiple live projects.
