Inspection Specialist

Component Inspector - 12 month contract Salary: £30.76ph overtime Location: Coventry My client is at the forefront of the global aerospace industry and this role lends perfectly for a machinist to have exposure to the wider business, potentially leading to further opportunities As a Component Inspector you will be doing: Must be able to critique parts, undertaking both visually and dimensionally inspecting components. Using an array or inspection and measurement equipment Maintaining excellent quality standards Assessment of whether the quality of components produced within the facility meets the required standards Experience and skillset - Component Inspector MUST HAVE completed an advanced modern engineering apprenticeship and an NVQ/SVQ/City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent qualification. Using micrometres and other manual inspection gauges CMM and inspection Clear and demonstrated understanding of drawing interpretation, calibration, dimensional and visual inspection.
