Structured Finance Lawyer

An elite US firm is looking to hire a talented associate into its structured finance practice. The team regularly advises corporates, financial institutions, and investment and retail banks on structured finance, securitisation, asset backed lending, and credit funds, with a focus on CLOs. You will be working with a partner ranked as a Leading Individual by Legal 500 and praised by Chambers & Partners for his US and European CLO practice, which focuses on advising the leading arrangers and managers on these transactions. This role is available for trainees due to qualify in September 2025 or associates up to 3 PQE with prior experience in structured credit or structured finance. Experience across the full spectrum of transactions the team works on is desirable but not essential. The firm pays full Cravath and offers a competitive benefits package.
