We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Payroll Manager / Business Partner to join our dynamic team in Glasgow. What You’ll Be Doing: Leading the UK-based Payroll team to deliver payroll services across multiple regions Supporting the Payroll Director with initiatives to grow the Payroll operation and meet business objectives Monitor and reporting on KPIs and SLAs, ensuring continues improvement Partner with stakeholders across the business (HR, IT, Finance etc.) Ensuring Payroll compliance with legislation and controls, including audit preparation Oversee and delegate duties around new hires, terminations, banking etc. Act as the go-to person for queries Support and review new systems, processes and controls What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a Payroll or Human Resources role—ideally within an global business Strong understanding of payroll legislation and compliance, or willingness to learn Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to speak multiple languages would be a beneficial (ideally European languages) Experience leading or overseeing a team, providing support and development What’s in It for You?
