Infrastructure Finance Associate (NQ–5PQE) – International Law Firm – Central London Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a junior to mid-level associate (NQ–5PQE) to join its highly regarded infrastructure finance team in London. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on market-leading transactions across the energy, natural resources, and infrastructure sectors, advising a diverse range of clients on complex, cross-border projects. The Role This opportunity has arisen due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of mandates. The successful candidate will join a dynamic, collaborative team and work closely with senior lawyers on: Drafting, reviewing, and amending documentation for infrastructure finance transactions Providing strategic guidance to clients, leveraging strong market awareness and sector knowledge Managing client expectations, deadlines, and project delivery Collaborating across teams, departments, and jurisdictions in a fast-paced, intellectually rigorous environment Leading and supervising junior team members Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to group and firm-wide strategies Building and maintaining strong client relationships Developing and sharing legal and sector knowledge internally and externally What They’re Looking For Qualified lawyer, ideally NQ–5PQE Experience in at least one of: project finance, infrastructure finance, or leveraged/real estate finance Demonstrated interest in energy and infrastructure, with strong technical knowledge across multiple disciplines Highly motivated team player with excellent organisational skills Clear and concise communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills and attention to detail Entrepreneurial drive and strong commercial acumen Sound judgement, credibility, and alignment with the firm’s core values Why Apply?
