HGV Lorry Driver (Class 1/Class 2) Location: Based out of Campsie Industrial Estate Working Hours: Monday to Friday Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and experienced HGV Lorry Driver to join our logistics/transport team due to increased business. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of goods across daily routes within Northern Ireland and Donegal, leaving form our premises in Eglinton, ensuring timely arrivals and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Drive and operate heavy goods vehicles (HGV Class 1 or Class 2) safely and efficiently. Deliver goods to customers or company sites on time and in good condition. Perform daily vehicle checks and report any defects or issues. Load and unload goods, ensuring they are secured properly. Complete delivery paperwork, logbooks, and digital records accurately. Maintain compliance with all road transport regulations and company policies. Provide excellent customer service at delivery points. Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of the vehicle. Requirements: Valid HGV Class 1 (CE) or Class 2 (C) licence. Valid Driver CPC qualification card and Digital Tachograph Card. Minimum [5] years of HGV driving experience (preferred). Good knowledge of Northern Ireland road transport laws and regulations. Strong communication and organisational skills. Physically fit and able to handle some manual lifting. Flexible with working hours, including early mornings when required. Desirable: Forklift licence. Experience with curtain side lorries. Benefits: Competitive salary and overtime opportunities.
