Key Responsibilities: Prepare monthly management accounts Oversee budgets, cash flow, forecasts, and financial reporting Manage and develop the accounts and admin team Maintain robust financial controls to maximise efficiency and profitability Improve financial systems and processes to support business growth Oversee revenue reporting, invoicing, cash collection, and credit control Manage purchasing, supplier payments, and banking operations Ensure accurate payroll, compliance, and statutory reporting Liaise with external accountants, auditors, HMRC, and regulatory bodies Your Experience: ACA, CIMA or ACCA Qualified - QBE Considered also.
