Data Analytics Manager - Leading Law Firm (Belfast) Location: Belfast (Hybrid - 3 days on-site per week)Type: Full-time, Permanent. About the Role As Data Analytics Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality analytical services across a range of legal matters. You'll manage internal client relationships, oversee project delivery, and support junior team members, all while driving innovation through bespoke automation and AI-based solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and evolution of dashboards and client metric tracking Support data-heavy legal matters with insightful analysis and reporting Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders Integrate Gen AI solutions into deliverables where appropriate Coach and mentor junior analysts, ensuring quality and consistency Collaborate with senior managers to promote data analytics offerings across the firm Core Services of the Team Data statistics and client dashboards Data extraction, consolidation, and analysis Bespoke automation and AI solutions Quantitative analytics and decision modelling Data breach analytics and quantum exposure modelling What We're Looking For Strong analytical reasoning and independent problem-solving skills Advanced experience with Excel, PowerBI, and data storytelling Proficiency in SQL, Python, and familiarity with MS Fabric, SharePoint, and Power Automate Experience designing impactful dashboards and slide decks Tertiary qualifications in Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment Why Apply?
