The Role: Managing a caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion. Advising clients on all aspects of conveyancing including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity. Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth transactions. Maintaining high standards of client care and service. The Candidate: Qualified solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing (3 years PQE) Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage a busy caseload. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
