Job Description

Arden White is seeking a results-driven and commercially astute Commercial Manager to join our clients dynamic Commercial Business Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain unparalleled exposure to the commercial operations of a leading aerospace organisation. As part of the Commercial Team, you will play a key role in driving the successful execution of contracts across Sales & Customisation, Retrofit, Training, MRO, and Support & Services for both civilian and military customers. You will also partner closely with the Offers Manager and Sales Team, providing essential support on contractual matters — including the negotiation and refinement of Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) during complex bidding and proposal processes. Key Responsibilities Oversee the commercial execution of contracts across multiple aerospace programmes. Support the Offers and Sales teams with commercial input during the bidding process. Review, negotiate, and refine contractual terms and conditions. Liaise closely with internal departments including Sales, Design, Production, Maintenance, and Finance. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Maintain compliance with relevant commercial and regulatory standards. Requirements Proven experience in a commercial management or contract management role within the aerospace or defence sector. Strong knowledge of MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) environments. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. Must be eligible for DBS Security Clearance and SC clearance due to the nature of the role.
