The Role Acting on a wide range of real estate finance transactions, primarily for banks, bridging lenders, and financial institutions . Managing your own caseload with appropriate support and contributing to the continued growth of the team. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, with scope to develop your own client following. Supporting junior colleagues and contributing to business development initiatives. About You Strong technical skills, with a good understanding of lender-side transactions. A qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with 4–5 years’ solid experience in Real Estate Finance . Proven ability to handle matters independently and communicate effectively with clients. Commercially minded, proactive, and keen to help grow a thriving practice.
