Backed by experienced investors and industry experts, they’re now looking to make their first Product hire to help shape and deliver their product vision. As Product Lead, you’ll take ownership of one of their core AI product lines, driving strategy, execution, and customer success. This is a hands-on leadership role with real autonomy, offering the opportunity to shape products that are transforming a multi-trillion dollar global industry. Key Responsibilities: Own and deliver the product roadmap for core AI solutions Translate sophisticated customer workflows into product innovation Partner closely with engineering on complex technical capabilities Drive customer research, feedback, and adoption Launch and optimise features to maximise impact Define and track key product metrics to guide decision-making Collaborate with commercial teams to support sales and customer success Essential Experience: 7–12 years in Product Management, with 2–3 in a senior capacity Proven track record delivering successful insurance products Experience with regulated industries Early Stage startup exposure Comfortable working with technical teams on complex product trade-offs Strong background in customer-led product development Please apply now for an immediate CV review.
