Business Development Manager (Industrial/Marine)

What You’ll Be Doing Developing new business opportunities and expanding our customer base across key industrial sectors. Managing and growing existing accounts through technical support, relationship building, and strategic planning. Promoting our core lubricant ranges and services. Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored proposals and ensure customer satisfaction. Representing Pure Lubrication at customer meetings, supplier meetings and industry events. What You’ll Bring Extensive knowledge of lubricants, lubrication services and their applications. Proven experience in technical sales, account management or business development within the lubrication or engineering sector. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships. Commercial acumen and a proactive approach to identifying and converting opportunities.
