Role Summary: This position suits an experienced Corporate Account Executive who’s ready to build and shape their own client portfolio. You’ll have the platform, reputation, and infrastructure of a leading brokerage - but with the freedom to bring and develop your own book of business, supported by dedicated handlers and a regional claims team. The role focuses on large commercial and corporate clients, typically generating £20,000 in income per case, and offers a clear path for long-term growth and earning potential. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage a portfolio of large commercial and corporate clients, typically £20k income per client Bring across existing client relationships where appropriate and continue to grow the portfolio through targeted business development Deliver exceptional service through regular client meetings, renewals, and strategic account management Negotiate with insurers to secure competitive, best-in-market terms and coverage Collaborate with account handlers, claims, and regional leadership to ensure clients receive outstanding support Maintain full compliance with internal processes and contribute to team best practices Requirements: Established Corporate Account Executive with experience managing large commercial clients Demonstrable track record of generating and retaining income - ideally with some transferable client relationships Strong technical knowledge across multiple lines of commercial insurance Self-driven, commercially astute, and confident engaging senior stakeholders Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills Collaborative, professional, and aligned with a client-first culture If this role isn’t quite right, it’s still worth speaking to one of our specialist team - we may be working on something that hasn’t hit the market yet.
