Your role requires residential childcare experience and a Level 3 qualification (or willingness to get one). The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong leadership skills and a passion for helping young people thrive. What We’re Looking For: ? Experience in residential childcare or a similar setting? Leadership or supervisory experience within a care environment? A Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare ? Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures? Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills? Passion for making a positive impact in young people’s lives Key Responsibilities: ? Leading and supporting a team of residential support workers? Ensuring the highest standard of care for children and young people? Promoting independence, emotional well-being, and social development? Overseeing care plans, risk assessments, and daily records? Managing safeguarding concerns and responding appropriately? Supporting staff development through training, guidance, and supervision?
