Transport Manager Magherafelt £48,000 - £55,000 Benefits Progression Are you an experienced Transport Manager ready to take ownership of a high-performing transport operation? This is a great opportunity to join a well-established logistics and storage business, operating a modern fleet of HGVs and refrigerated vehicles across the UK & ROI. You'll oversee a team of transport planners and coordinators, ensuring compliance, efficiency and exceptional customer service within a growing, professional logistics environment. The Role: Lead and develop a team of transport planners, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Oversee compliance with UK & ROI O-Licence requirements and act as CPC holder. Monitor driver hours, tachographs and fleet compliance. Analyse costs, identify efficiencies and present reports to senior management. Collaborate closely with customers, maintaining high service levels and strong relationships. Utilise modern TMS software (CARGO) to monitor KPI performance and routing efficiency. Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to coordinate outbound movements. About You: Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Transport Manager position. CPC qualification essential. Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills. Proven experience managing budgets and improving operational efficiency. Excellent IT and reporting ability. Knowledge of temperature-controlled logistics desirable. Benefits: £48,000 - £55,000 DOE. 28 days annual leave additional benefits including healthcare plan, pension and bonus.
