You Will: Lead & mentor a team of 4 finance professionals Manage P&L, Balance Sheet, forecasting & variance analysis Ensure GAAP compliance and audit readiness Drive business improvements through data insights Oversee working capital, machine costing & Capex strategy Partner on commercial decision-making and growth plans You will bring: Degree 4 years pqe ACA / CIMA / ACCA (or equivalent) Proven finance leadership experience (manufacturing a plus) Advanced Excel & ERP skills Strong commercial acumen & strategic mindset Excellent communicator & relationship builder Why join?
