The Role: * Design and develop electrical drive systems and associated control panels for industrial or mobile equipment. * Produce detailed electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings using CAD software. * Carry out design calculations, modelling, and validation to ensure system performance and compliance. * Collaborate with mechanical, software, and production teams to achieve seamless system integration. * Select appropriate components, ensuring designs meet safety and efficiency standards. * Support testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of electrical systems. * Provide technical support during build, commissioning, and maintenance phases. The Person: * Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or related discipline. * 3 years' experience in electrical system design, power systems, or control panel engineering. * Proficient in electrical design software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks Electrical. * Understanding of motor control, power distribution, and protection systems. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
