Technical Business Analyst - Insurance Claims Systems Location: Hybrid – London (2 days on-site) Salary: Up to £120,000 full package Company: Leading InsurTech Industry: Lloyd’s/London Market Insurers About the Company: Join a forward-thinking InsurTech organisation that is transforming the Lloyd’s and London Market insurance landscape. Our client works with leading insurers to deliver complex claims transformation and implementation programmes, modernising legacy systems and improving operational efficiency across the market. They are now seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join their expanding Claims Systems practice, working at the forefront of digital transformation in insurance. Key Responsibilities: Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the claims system transformation lifecycle. Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional design for end-to-end claims platforms. Support system integrations, data migrations, and configuration of core claims systems. Collaborate closely with claims operations, technology, and vendor partners to ensure successful delivery. Produce detailed functional and technical documentation to support configuration and user acceptance testing. Contribute to the continuous improvement of claims handling processes and system performance. Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst within the insurance sector. Strong background in claims systems (such as Guidewire, Sequel Claims, Sapiens, or bespoke Lloyd’s Market platforms). Deep understanding of Lloyd’s and London Market processes, data flows, and regulatory requirements. Technical proficiency with SQL, APIs, or system configuration (advantageous). Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively between business and technical teams. What’s on Offer: Competitive salary up to £120,000 plus benefits and bonus.
