The role is a key member of the Supporter Retention and Experience Unit - who are responsible for delivery of multi-channel direct marketing communications to warm supporters - including regular giving, loyalty communications and cash appeals. The Unit is also responsible for creating and optimising supporter journeys and gathering valuable supporter insights. This role will lead on their own campaigns and projects which will include the development of new initiatives across the Unit. Are you looking for your first role in fundraising or marketing? We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic candidate to join our dynamic and successful Supporter Retention and Experience Unit, working across a range of offline and online media channels. You will play a key role in supporting the team on retention and supporter experience campaigns to deliver income and build strong loyalty communications to existing supporters, helping to raise £40 million a year. To be successful in this role, you should; Enjoy working in a team Have strong experience in supporter experience, journeys or direct marketing Have excellent project management and analytical skills and confidence working with agencies and data.
