Job Description Role Overview: We are recruiting an experienced Joiner to join our NIHE Bathroom, Kitchen and Rewiring Scheme. This role involves a wide range of joinery tasks to support BKR Scheme, working closely with the team to ensure projects are completed to a high standard. This role will be based in the Omagh area. Reports to: Foreman Working Hours: Monday Friday, 7:00am 4:30pm Flexibility required Key Responsibilities: Carry out all joinery work required to support heating installations Fit pipe casings, lift and re-lay floorboards Install roof vents and remove/re-fit fireplaces Work as part of an efficient and collaborative team Undertake some general labouring duties when required Support colleagues across other sites as directed by management Essential Criteria: NVQ Level 3 in Joinery (or equivalent) / Time-served Joiner Full UK Driving Licence Excellent communication skills Willingness to work across multiple locations as required Desirable Criteria: Previous relevant experience in heating or construction projects Valid CSR card Personal Qualities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships Reliable, flexible, and able to work under pressure Good problem-solving and initiative-taking skills Team player with strong attention to detail Able to work within specified timeframes and deadlines Benefits: Onboarding bonus of £1000 Pension scheme Life Assurance (terms apply) Health Cash Plan membership Equal Opportunities: H&A Group is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all suitably qualified candidates.
