Key Responsibilities Lead and grow a portfolio of On-Trade and luxury accounts Build and deliver joint business plans with key customers Drive distribution, visibility and promotions across your accounts Negotiate annual trading terms and manage P&L Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Category and Supply Chain to deliver results Represent the brands at customer meetings, events and brand days Support and develop a National Account Executive About You FMCG Account Management experience – ideally within drinks or On-Trade Strong commercial and negotiation skills Confident working with branded, premium products Able to build strong relationships with buyers and internal teams Analytical, results-driven and proactive Wine knowledge desirable (WSET Level 1 or 2 a bonus) ✨ An exciting chance to join a fast-growing, premium business where you’ll have ownership, visibility, and the platform to progress your career.
