Account Executive

Role Summary: We’re seeking an experienced Account Executive to manage and grow a portfolio of clients. The role is highly client-facing, requiring regular travel across the UK, so a full driving licence is essential. You’ll act as a trusted adviser, ensuring excellent service delivery, long-term retention, and identifying opportunities to expand accounts. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and retain a diverse client portfolio, ensuring strong, long-term relationships • Act as the main point of contact for all client requirements, delivering excellent service • Prepare and review client documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance • Liaise with underwriters and negotiate terms, securing the right cover and pricing • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts, supporting business development • Mentor and support junior colleagues where relevant Requirements: • Strong client management and relationship-building experience • Proven background in a client-facing role within insurance, broking, or a related professional services environment • Professional, mature, and confident in handling senior-level client interactions • Organised and able to balance workload with regular travel demands • Full UK Driving Licence (essential) If this role isn’t quite right, it’s still worth speaking to one of our specialist team, we may be working on something that hasn’t hit the market yet.
