What the Firm Is Looking For A solicitor with substantial experience in dispute resolution, particularly civil, property and commercial disputes. The successful candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, client-focused, and able to handle an existing caseload immediately. Key Responsibilities Take over an existing mixed caseload of civil, property and commercial dispute matters. Manage files from start to finish: drafting pleadings, running correspondence, negotiations, possibly court hearings. Deliver high standards of client care in a timely and efficient manner. Liaise with senior colleagues, possibly mentoring more junior staff or collaborating in team work. Requirements / Candidate Profile At least 5 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in dispute resolution. Demonstrable experience in civil litigation, property litigation and commercial dispute work. Strong organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail. Excellent client-management / communication skills. Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, multi-task. Proactive mindset, able to hit the ground running.
