Residential Property Solicitor – 2–6 PQE Location: London (Hybrid Working) Salary: £60,000 - £90,000 (negotiable based on following) Our client, a well-established and growing law firm based in the heart of London, is seeking a talented Conveyancer (2–6 PQE) to join their busy and respected Residential Property team. The department advises high net worth individuals, investors, and developers on a full range of residential transactions, including prime London properties. The role: Manage a varied caseload of high-value residential sales, purchases, and remortgages. Advise HNW and UHNW clients on complex property matters with a personal and proactive approach. Work closely with referrers, agents, and other professionals to ensure smooth completion of transactions. Contribute to the continued growth of the department, with scope to develop your own client relationships. The ideal candidate will have: 2–6 years’ post-qualified experience in Residential Property. A solid grounding in London or high-value conveyancing. Excellent technical knowledge and a keen eye for detail. Strong communication and client relationship skills.
