Why you’ll love this role: You’ll own the technical side of retrofit projects, from modelling to final sign-off. You’ll work with a skilled, passionate team who share your drive for quality and innovation. You’ll play a key role in Scotland’s zero-carbon future – and see the tangible impact of your work. What you’ll be doing: Designing retrofit projects using ECMK, Elmhurst or similar software. Finding smart, data-led ways to improve energy efficiency in domestic properties. Guiding and supporting Retrofit Assessors, Coordinators, and project teams. Making sure every project meets regulations, standards, and client expectations. You’ll take a lead role in the team, managing and mentoring a small internal technical team What you bring: Experience in retrofit modelling (PAS2035:2023 & RDSAP10 expertise is a big plus). Ideally a Building Surveyor, MRICS, or MCIOB qualification – but not essential. A collaborative leadership style with sharp problem-solving skills.
