Senior Associate - Corporate Law Warwickshire/Hybrid Excellent Salary & Benefits Flexible working and Fantastic culture My client. a leading regional Legal practice are looking to recruit a Senior Associate (ideally 5 years PQE) to join their growing Corporate team. Working closely with partners, this role offers extensive direct client interaction and involvement in a variety of stimulating projects. Job responsibilities: Working on M&A transactions for both domestic and international clients. Overseeing VC/PE investment endeavours for clients across borders. Proficient drafting of essential documents including sale and purchase agreements, subscription and shareholder agreements. Guiding group structuring and restructuring initiatives. Orchestrating joint venture endeavours. Engaging in general corporate advisory tasks. Person Specification: Qualified Corporate lawyer with substantial experience from a reputable practice (5 years PQE) Demonstrable expertise in Corporate M&A, Re-organisations, Transactions Proven track record of hands-on involvement in relevant legal work. Exceptional project management and time management abilities. Confidence and professionalism in client interactions.
