Quantity Surveyor

Locations: Hybrid Working in one of the Following Locations: Edinburgh, Glasgow or Aberdeen Salary: Bandings (dependant on location/ experience) - £45k - £65k plus benefits The Company: A dynamic Construction Consultancy is seeking Quantity Surveyors at various levels - QS, Senior QS, and Associate - to support major projects in the Power and Energy sector in Scotland and across the UK. Deliver accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting. Administer contracts in alignment with project objectives and governance policies. Proactively manage cost variances, cash flow, and valuations. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure programme performance, cost control, and value engineering objectives are met. Assist with procurement and tender evaluations. The Requirements: Education: Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline. Professional Memberships: Ideally MRICS, MCIPS, or working towards similar. Contract Knowledge: Strong understanding of NEC3/4 contracts (Option C preferred). Sector Experience: Proven track record in Power, Energy, Nuclear, High Voltage, Transmission, or Renewables however other similar sector would also be considered (as long as you have experience using NEC Contracts and also Defence sector experience)
