The Firm is looking for a talented Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEx to step into a key role with a successful and forward-thinking property team. The role: Working with a wide-ranging client base – from first-time buyers to high-net-worth individuals with extensive portfolios – you’ll manage your own files and collaborate closely with senior lawyers to deliver outstanding client service including: Running a varied caseload of residential property transactions with autonomy and efficiency Delivering pragmatic, commercially sound advice and building strong relationships with clients Supporting strategic projects and contributing to the wider growth of the team Taking an active role in business development and networking Collaborating with partners on complex matters, pricing, and tailored legal solutions Driving consistent billing, time recording, and performance targets Identifying cross-referral opportunities across departments Your expertise: A qualified Solicitor, CILEx or Licensed Conveyancer with 3–4 years’ PQE (or equivalent experience) with a broad residential property experience, including HNW clients.
