Job Description

Based in Oxford, they are seeking a Lead Analog IC Architect to drive development of their new chip team. As the Lead Analog IC Architect, you will: Define and own the architecture of analog building blocks, ensuring alignment with system-level requirements and long-term scalability Have hands-on design responsibility Collaborate closely with internal and US-based engineering teams to translate platform needs into analog IC implementations Lead and guide external design partners to ensure the consistent delivery and quality of analog components Provide architectural direction, balancing performance, power, and integration trade-offs across a range of analog and mixed-signal domains. As the right candidate, you will bring: An extensive background in Analog IC design, with proven experience leading or architecting complex analog/SoC building blocks. Expertise in analog and mixed-signal circuit design, with an understanding of system-level integration challenges. A strategic mindset – you think beyond immediate tasks to anticipate future challenges and scalability needs.
