Family Solicitor

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable, multi-office firm for an experienced Family Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE. This role offers the chance to specialise in private law children, divorce and financial matters, unmarried couples, and domestic abuse cases, with a particular emphasis on legal aid work. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in family and childcare law Divorce and financial settlements Private Law Children cases Domestic Abuse, Non-Molestation, and Occupation Orders Family matters involving unmarried couples and cohabitation disputes Minimum of 4 years PQE Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Willing and capable of undertaking own advocacy Willingness to work towards panel accreditation Proactive in networking and business development Knowledge of legal aid procedures and funding This firm are highly regarded in the legal community, recognised for excellence across multiple disciplines, including Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners rankings.
