Commercial & Contracts Manager Location: Flexible, couple of days a month in Bristol Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 Additional Benefits Our client, a leading player in the aerospace and defence sector, is seeking an experienced Commercial & Contracts Manager to join their high-performing team within a tech led defence programme. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge international projects that shape global security excellence. What You’ll Do: Lead commercial and contractual negotiations with international stakeholders and suppliers. Draft, review, and manage complex contracts and commercial agreements. Provide strategic input on risk management, pricing strategies, and commercial governance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and deliverables. Represent the commercial team in both UK-based and overseas engagements. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a commercial/contracts role within aerospace, defence, or similarly regulated industries. Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to operate confidently in a matrixed, multinational environment. A commercially astute individual with a solid understanding of contract law and procurement best practices.
