Staff Validation Engineer

Staff Validation Engineer We’re looking for a talented engineer to join a growing company working on next generation products. In this role, you will participate in design meetings, define test features for new products, and develop validation solutions, including software, hardware, and documentation. You’ll conduct bench evaluations and characterisation, collaborate closely with designers, product, test, and applications engineers, create validation reports, lead review meetings, and develop test automation software using Python. Minimum Qualifications: BSc/MSc in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (EE/ECE) or HNC/HND with relevant experience. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Positive, proactive attitude in a fast-paced R&D environment. Self-motivated with excellent communication skills. Experience testing high-speed optical components or ICs (25Gbit/s).
