Sales Manager Up to £38,000 basic Company Car or Car Allowance £70,000 OTE We’re working exclusively with a long-established and highly respected estate agency to find an experienced Sales Manager for their busy Wimbledon office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a property professional with proven leadership skills to join a high-performing team and take the reins in one of London’s most desirable locations. They're now looking for someone who can lead from the front, drive sales performance, and continue to grow their presence in the local market. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a successful residential sales team, ensuring individual and team targets are met or exceeded. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers. Drive new business generation through networking, prospecting, and referrals. Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching to support team development. Oversee marketing strategy for listings and support brand presence in the local market. Ensure full compliance with all property and financial regulations. The Ideal Candidate: A minimum of 3 years' experience in residential property sales, with previous team management experience. Strong leadership qualities with a hands-on approach. Target-driven with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs. In-depth knowledge of the Wimbledon area or wider South West London property market is preferred. Professional, articulate, and confident dealing with a wide range of clients.
