Manufacturing Enablement Support

Enablement Support Location: Broughton Contract: Until end of October 2026 Inside IR35 Rates: £21.00 per hour (PAYE) £28.09 per hour (Umbrella) Carbon60 is recruiting for an experienced Enablement Support professional to join a leading aerospace and engineering client based in Broughton. This contract role offers the opportunity to contribute to a high-impact programme focused on production ramp-up and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Support production areas with project-based initiatives Implement new ways of working and best practices to drive enablement Ensure compliance with EHS and Airworthiness standards Drive continuous improvement through the SQCDP process (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, People) Provide lineside support to resolve production blockers Act as a liaison between departments, including facilities and maintenance, to ensure SLA adherence and delivery targets Candidate Profile: Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Adaptable and proactive with a positive, solution-oriented mindset Able to work independently and collaboratively within a small team Effective time management and organisational skills Experience with Workday and SAP (desirable) Proficient in Google Applications To express interest please apply directly or request further details, please contact Ellie at Carbon60 at ellie.lunenkay@carbon60global.com
