Experience required for Business Development Manager - PCB Assembly job: • Proven track record in B2B sales or business development within electronics manufacturing, PCB assembly, or contract manufacturing (CEM). • Strong technical understanding of PCB assembly processes, kitting, and supply chain solutions. • Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills. • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office 365. • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
