Electronic Engineer (Analogue) - Norwich About the Role: We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Electronic Engineer with a strong background in analogue electronics to join thier growing team. This is a customer-facing role that combines hands-on engineering expertise with the ability to clearly communicate technical information to existing clients. You will play a key role in the design, development, and support of electronic products — with a particular focus on analogue circuitry — while also liaising directly with customers to discuss technical specifications, performance issues, and improvements. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and test analogue electronic circuits and systems. Provide technical support and advice to existing clients regarding product functionality and performance. Translate customer requirements into technical specifications and design improvements. Assist with prototype development and product testing. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including mechanical design, software, and production. Conduct fault-finding, debugging, and root-cause analysis of analogue circuits. Document designs, procedures, and results in line with company standards. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations. Requirements: Degree in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience). Proven experience in analogue electronic design (e.g., op-amps, filters, power supplies, signal conditioning). Strong understanding of PCB design and layout best practices. Comfortable working directly with clients to discuss technical matters — strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Experience with test and measurement equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators). Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative engineering team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
