Senior Account Manager

Equator will continue to play an important role as an agency within Marks. We are looking for a strong integrated account person, with solid experience of brands and content marketing as well as exceptional client handling skills and a passion for design, digital solutions, comms, innovation, and trends. This is a hybrid working role, initially based out of our Farringdon, London based studio. In this role, you will be responsible for a diverse portfolio of B2B and B2C clients, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from concept to delivery. As a brand design agency, we create connected brand experiences, so the successful candidate will manage integrated campaigns and clients, as well as standalone print or digital projects. In this role you will: Own and grow key client accounts, delivering standout brand experiences across print, digital, and content marketing. Lead projects from concept to completion—scoping, budgeting, and strategising with internal teams and clients. Pitch ideas with confidence and clarity, showcasing the agency’s creative edge. Collaborate across disciplines to deliver high-impact campaigns and data-driven solutions. Build trusted partnerships, manage challenges proactively, and drive account growth. You will have: Proven experience in client relationship management and brand strategy. Expertise in digital platforms (web, mobile, tablet) and print collateral. Strong presentation, planning, and proposal-writing skills. A proactive mindset, curiosity, and a passion for excellence. Bonus: Experience with paid social media campaigns and revenue reporting.
