Contentious Probate Lawyer

Interim Contentious Probate Lawyer - Six months - London Our client, a very well regarded law firm in the city of London is currently looking for a Contentious Probate Lawyer to cover a period of maternity leave for six months. The role would be to start as soon as possible and would likely run through till April 2026. Role Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of contentious probate matters, including disputes over the validity of wills, Inheritance Act claims, executor disputes, and trust litigation. Provide expert legal advice to clients on estate disputes, contentious trust issues, and inheritance claims This role is offering a competitive hourly/daily rate and the client is very open to providing flexible working hours for the right candidate should this be useful. Further to this, they have a very flexible hybrid working model and would be open to discussing this with limited office attendance needed.
