Newly Qualified Solicitor – Personal Injury Are you a newly qualified solicitor with a passion for Personal Injury law? This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking firm with a strong reputation, handling a high-quality caseload and working with genuine clients. Hybrid working available As a NQ Personal Injury Solicitor, you will: Manage a varied caseload of Personal Injury matters, including both pre- and post-litigation files, from initial instruction through to conclusion Provide clear, practical legal advice while maintaining excellent client care Draft legal documents such as pleadings, witness statements, and schedules of loss Negotiate settlements and represent clients in hearings where required Work towards agreed targets within a supportive and collaborative team environment Keep up to date with relevant legislation and case law to achieve the best outcomes for clients We’re looking for someone who is ambitious, motivated, and eager to build their career in Personal Injury.
