Site Manager

Job Descriptions: Assist the team in site management, including site supervision, program schedules and construction methods, forecast equipment, material and manpower allocation, and control usage and wastages. Able to lead a team of foreign workers. Study technical drawings and highlight on-site discrepancies with resolution. Coordinate with subcontractors based on shop drawings and project schedule. Identifying and resolving workplace problems with all the subcontractors & suppliers. Ensure compliance of WSH Regulation & Safety Procedures and maintain good housekeeping. Monitor, coordinate, and keep track of the site work progress to ensure quality and an efficient manner. Job Requirements : Diploma/Degree in Building/Engineering or related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial or residential projects in Singapore. Familiarity with site planning, safety standards, and quality management. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Process basic skill of CAD drafting. J-18808-Ljbffr
