Senior Associate Executive (Dept of Diagnostic and Interventional Imaging)

The role provides essential administrative support to ensure efficient operations within the Department of Diagnostic and Interventional Imaging (DDII). The position encompasses data analytics responsibilities and requires effective collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, administrators, and clinical personnel. Additional duties will be assigned as required by the Head of Radiography, Head of Department, or immediate supervisor. Job requirements Diploma with 3 years’ experience OR Higher NITEC / NITEC / GCE N / O / A with 6 years’ experience and demonstrated competency and preferably with working experience in the healthcare industry Meticulous in data analytics/collation, has good organization and coordination skills A team player and excellent service attitude Good interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
