NuWest Travel Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN CVICU for a travel nursing job in Baltimore, Maryland. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: CVICU Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/17/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 48 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights, rotating Employment Type: Travel CVSICU RN Cardiovascular Surgical ICU *Must be trained and have experience working in a dedicated Open-Heart Unit receiving patients directly from the OR. Must have current experience with recovery of post-op cardiac surgery patients in an ICU setting. 18 bed unit that provides care for patients who are recovering from cardiac surgery, cardiac transplantation, lung transplantation, the placement of ventricular assist devices, and other complex procedures. Nurse/Patient Ratio:1:1 or 1:2 2-3 years of CVSICU RN experience BLS, ACLS MD or Compact RN license Travel experience preferred EPIC experience preferred CVSICU RN Cardiovascular Surgical ICU *Must be trained and have experience working in a dedicated Open-Heart Unit receiving patients directly from the OR.
