Job Description Job Description Busy residential real estate law firm looking for an experienced paralegal. The firm seeks an individual who is motivated, professional, organized and who works well with others in a busy, faced paced environment. The position demands a strong work ethic, attention to detail and polished communication skills. Job will include all aspects of a residential closing from opening the file, ordering title exams, plot plan, MLC and processing the file and drafting title commitments and preparing the file for closing as well as post-closing the files.
