What the Role Offers You A senior, high‑impact position : You’ll manage your own caseload covering the full spectrum of private client work — wills, trusts, mental capacity, estate and inheritance tax, estate administration, cross‑border matters, business succession, and more. Professional autonomy ownership : You’ll take responsibility for your clients, financials (time recording, billing), supervise junior fee‑earners, and contribute meaningfully to business development. Who We’re Looking For A solicitor with ~5 years’ PQE , excellent academic credentials. Broad Private Client experience, ideally including trusts, taxation, mental capacity, cross‑border work . STEP / ATT / CTA or similar qualifications (or working towards them) are very desirable. Strong commercial sense: you should be punctual with billing, able to manage fees and WIP, and motivated by contributing to the growth of the team. Excellent interpersonal and client‑management skills, able to build and maintain relationships with clients, referrers (e.g. accountants, wealth managers), colleagues across departments, and external professionals.
