The Role We’re looking for a PPC Manager with around 6 years’ experience to take ownership of paid media strategy and performance across a diverse range of clients. You’ll have the freedom to shape campaigns, test new ideas, and influence growth — both for our clients and the agency. You’ll join a close-knit team where your input will make a visible impact, and there’s clear room to progress as the agency continues to grow. What You’ll Do Lead day-to-day management of PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads Develop and execute paid search strategies that drive ROI and long-term growth Own budget management, forecasting, and performance reporting Work collaboratively with SEO, Paid Social, and creative teams Stay ahead of industry trends, testing new platforms, betas, and ad formats Contribute to new business pitches and client strategy sessions What We’re Looking For 5–7 years’ experience in PPC, ideally agency-side Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and GA4 Proven track record of delivering measurable results across multiple verticals Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation and reporting skills Confident communicator who can present strategies and performance insights Proactive, curious, and eager to grow within an ambitious team What You’ll Get 4-day working week (full pay, every week) Hybrid setup: 3 days in the Manchester office, 1 from home A clear progression path as the agency continues to scale Collaborative, supportive culture — no egos, just energy Regular social events and team development days
