Landscape Project Manager - Caribbean Location: Caribbean (Full Relocation & Work Permit Provided) Type: Full-Time, On-Site (Not Remote) Please Note This Opportunity is not Remote - Full time role based in Caribbean About the Role Our client in the Caribbean is seeking an experienced and creative Landscape Project Manager to lead the planning, design and implementation of all landscape initiatives across their resort property. This role is pivotal in shaping the outdoor experience for guests ensuring every garden, pathway and open space reflects the resort’s identity, enhances aesthetics, and promotes sustainability. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage comprehensive landscape project plans, budgets, and schedules. Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, horticulturists and resort management teams. Ensure all landscape projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality expectations. Review, interpret, and execute landscape design concepts, drawings, and specifications. Oversee installation of plants, hardscapes, irrigation, and lighting systems. Ensure all designs complement the resort’s aesthetics, functionality, and environmental standards. Integrate sustainable practices, including native planting, water-efficient systems, and eco-conscious maintenance. Ensure adherence to environmental regulations, health and safety standards. Manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and suppliers. Supervise in-house landscaping and gardening teams. Oversee regular maintenance schedules to ensure all outdoor areas remain pristine. Conduct inspections and implement quality control measures. Qualifications & Experience Degree or diploma in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Environmental Design, or a related field. Proven experience managing large-scale landscape projects (preferably in hospitality & resort environments or tropical environments .)
