Senior Research Executive

As a Senior Research Executive , you’ll play a key role in supporting consultants across a range of research projects, from questionnaire design to data analysis and insight generation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a grounding in research who’s looking to step up into a more client facing and consultative role. Key Responsibilities Support consultants in designing questionnaires, discussion guides, and research deliverables. Manage fieldwork logistics, liaising with partners and ensuring smooth data collection. Analyse data, uncover insights, and contribute to engaging client reports and presentations. Handle project admin tasks including scheduling, proofreading, and quality checking outputs. Contribute to improving research tools, processes, and methodologies across the team. Share best practices and mentor junior team members to support professional development. Qualifications Proven experience with quantitative research methods (qualitative experience desirable). A relevant bachelor’s degree (2:1 or equivalent) Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Confident storytelling and data interpretation skills Proactive, collaborative mindset and a passion for insight-driven problem-solving What's in it for you?
